Our in-house Groundworks team demolished and levelled the site, and increased services supply to accommodate the 6 new dwellings.
We constructed a large new drainage system along with new connections to the mains Sewer system in the adjoining road. The houses were constructed traditionally with strip foundations.
Externally, each property has its own individual electronic security gates and system, we also created a new access road to serve the properties, with permeable resin driveways for each home.
Internally, all houses were furnished with underfloor heating, purpose made joinery, bespoke carpentry using locally sourced timber. This project showcased our great relationship with our client, to make this project a success.
