This project involved demolishing an office building to construct six flats with a mixed-use scheme.
GPS groundworks facilitated basement excavation in this restricted site, sandwiched between residential properties. Concrete frame construction for the building required precise pouring to accommodate the exposed ceilings.
Features included lifts, circular staircases, and MVHR systems, with high-end finishes throughout.
The project also incorporated a nursery and courtyard, with underpinned retaining walls and a tower crane which enabled efficiency on our programme.
