The refurbishment of this Grade II listed residential farmhouse was required when it was discovered that the foundations needed extensive renovation.
Internally, extensive propping and restructuring were undertaken, including the restoration of high-quality oak features throughout. Locally reclaimed oak was utilised for the new structural components, this was an important part of our brief to work sustainably while also contributing to the high quality finish of this project.
